We provide a combination or individual services, from engineers on-site with replacement parts or just the shipment of parts.

For example, coverage for an emergency could a 4 hour or 8 hour response cover over 24x7, 12x5 or 8x5 business working days, engineer to arrive on-site from time of call being logged. If less urgent then next business day (NBD) is desirable.

Before any service can be provided, we would need an inventory of the equipment you would like covered (make, model, location and SLA required).
